Sessions can be a blend of the following:

~Energy point therapies (which most people know as acupuncture and acupressure)

~Energy healing - hands on (or long distance) approach to clearing the debris of the past

~Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - a potent way to address specific emotional challenges, limiting beliefs and stored energy from childhood

~Matrix Re-imprinting - revisiting the past to help integrate the scenarios that still trigger you or are replaying in your current experience

I help with physical complaints, emotional difficulties, unintegrated experiences and, when needed, I help people access the spiritual domain (this tends to be where many of my referrals come from).

I use the needles and other modalities as a means to re-connect the body's energy field to the holistic field of intelligence that we are a part of.

If we're working remotely:

It’s everything above (minus the needles). People often assume this work needs to happen in a room and in person. It doesn’t — some of the deepest shifts my clients have had came from working remotely from another state or another continent.
